It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Timothy Dee Horein in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, born in Mishawaka, Indiana, who passed away on July 29, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horein and Louise Horein; and his brother Terry Horein. He is survived by: his son Michael of El Portal, CA; his brothers, Rex Horein (Julie), Donn Horein (Billie), Denn Horein (Karen) and Tom Horein (Brenda); and his sister-in-law Kay Horein. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or the Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation.
