He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas T. Bluett, Sr. and Regina Bluett (Slanga); his wife Carolyn S. Bluett (Jarvis); his grandchildren, Rose Bluett and Steven Polowczuk; and his sons-in-law, Steven Polowczuk and Frederick Clohecy.
He is survived by: his children, Florence Dawn Clohecy of Palmerton, PA and Thomas T. Bluett, III of Ephrata; his grandchildren, Thomas Bluett, IV, Bruce Bluett, Laura Bluett, Marie Bluett, Daniel (Josephine Bluett), Rita Bluett, Stephanie Polowczuk, Sarah Polowczuk and Samantha Polowczuk; his great grandchildren, James Bluett and Madelyn Polowczuk; his nephews, Joshua Davis and John Davis; and his sister Patricia (John Davis).
