He is survived by: his children, S. Ray, Jr. (Judith L. Gehman) of Ephrata and Ann Marie (Larry Dalmas) of Parkesburg; his grandson John Clayton Gehman of Royersford; and his siblings, Elvin L. (Shelly Frantz Gehman) of Schoeneck, Larry D. Gehman of Ephrata, Eileen J. (Richard K. Steffy) of Ephrata, Caroline F. Messner of Terre Hill, Jewel A. (Ralph S. Stauffer) of East Earl, Karen J. Auker of Fivepointville and Rowena K. (Keith A. Hyndman) of Ohio.
