He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Lewandowski and Elizabeth "Betty" Meyer (Heinrichs); and his stepfather William Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Mary Anne (Schweitzer); his sister Jill Martin (John) of Cypress, TX; his siblings-in-law, Ann Schweitzer and William Schweitzer (Joann) of Manheim; and his nieces and nephews, Blake Martin, Kendra Deibert (Andrew), Kayla Schweitzer (Derek Althouse) and Alex Schweitzer.
