She is survived by: her husband Tim Shreiner; her daughters, Melanie Fivecoat and Michele Clark; her grandchildren, Courtney Perry (Cody), Shawn Clark (Shelby) and Chelsea Clark (Justin Root); her great grandchildren, Jaxon Clark, Emmett Long and Dartannian Clark; and her brother Lloyd Kapp. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
