With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ruth Miller in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, born in Shickshinny, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 22, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Freas Edwin Smith and Ruth Elma Howland Smith; her children, Lynda, Arlin and Gary; and her grandchildren, David and Rebecca.
She is survived by: her former husband Gordon Baker; her husband Delbert "Deb" Miller; and her son Donald B. Hauze Jr.. She is also survived by twelve stepchildren, and dozens of grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions be made in Ruth's memory to Ephrata Manor, 99 Bethany Rd, Ephrata, PA 17522, with "Ephrata Manor Chapel Services/Music Ministry" in the note or memo line.
