She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Smith and Anna Smith (Schmidt); her husband Wilbur E. "Wip" Rudy; and her siblings, Louise Moyer and Eugene Smith.
She is survived by: her son Philip O. Rudy (Georgia) of Ephrata; and her grandchildren, Mason Rudy (Meagan) and Erin Rudy (John Mariakis). She is also survived by her family, church family, and friends.
