He is survived by: his wife Kelly A Libby (Ackley); his sister Edith L Marier of Saco, ME.; his children, Timothy R Libby of Phoenix, AZ and Alissa F Libby of Annville, PA; his stepdaughters, Hannah Davis of Franklinville, NY and Becky; and his granddaughters, Chloe and Ariasha of Redding, CA..
