She was predeceased by: her parents, Woodrow W. Herman and Gertrude E. Herman (Donmoyer); and her brother Charles E. Herman. She is survived by: her cousin Pat Heiter of Ephrata; and her nieces, Tammy Kirkpatrick (Shawn) of Ephrata and Honey Jo Herman of Washington.

Rosey was very generous and contributed to many charities, so in lieu of flowers, please send contributions to the charity of your choice.
