It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roberta E. Vinci of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Rayner and Elsie Rayner; and her husband Donald C. Vinci. She is survived by: her daughter Kimberly A. Vinci of Denver.
