He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Spencer and Lillian Spencer; his son John; his sister Rosalyn Baird; his siblings-in-law, Jack McGlynn, Jack Mottin and Linda Fenchak; and his nephew Nate Kubat.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Spencer (Mottin); his children, Tim, Bobbi and Rachel (Brad); his grandchildren, Justin, Jason, Connor, Jaime and Grady; and his brother Ron (Gwen).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Blue Ball Community Church (1005 E Main St, New Holland, PA 17506).
