He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Rowe and Evelyn Rowe (Behney); and his brother Thomas Rowe. He is survived by: his wife Barbara A. Rowe (Lowman); his daughters, Kimberly (Paul Saville) of Phoenixville and Andrea (Timothy Wilkinson) of Phoenixville; and his grandsons, Richard Lorusso, Michael Saville and Kyle Saville.
