He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Kilhefner and Annie Kilhefner (Roether); his daughter Martha "Marti" Birney; and his siblings, John, Harry, Leo, William, Fred Kilhefner, Allegra Steffy and Phoebe Frankhouse.
He is survived by: his children, Tim (Joanne) and Victoria "Vicki" L. (Roger Schreier) of Bridgeville, DE; his sister Betty Zimmerman; and his friend Lorena D. Gockley of Ephrata. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
