He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Hoffman and Vera Hoffman (Cammauf); his wife Miriam A. Hoffman (Wenger); his son Dennis L. Hoffman; and his siblings, Helen Nolt, Ruth Witmer, Esther Lynch, Sarah Kurtz and John Hoffman.
He is survived by: his children, Paul R. Hoffman Jr. (Barbara), Darlene J. Gingrich (Kevin) and Michelle L. Hoffman; his great grandchildren, Cooper J. Lewis, Cayden P. DiPaolo and Fletcher M. Lewis; and his siblings, Luke Hoffman and Phyllis Hoffman.
