He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Shimp Althouse and Arletta May Althouse (Fry); and his siblings, Harvey Althouse Jr., Lee Althouse, John Althouse and Inez Hare.
He is survived by: his sisters, Lavonne Althouse and Joan Althouse.
