She is survived by: her mother Felicita Morales Fortuna of Lancaster; and her children, Miguel Noel Velez of Lancaster, Jose Santana Velez of Lancaster, Wanda Ojales Velez of New Jersey and Zulay Seda Velez of Ephrata. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren and 13 brothers and sisters.
