She was predeceased by: her parents, Emerson E. Buohl and H. Frances Buohl (Kametz); and her husband Edward W. Rutter (Bill). She is survived by: her son Keith (Pam Rutter) of Silver Spring, MD; her granddaughters, Jordan and Erin Rutter; and her brother Joseph K. Buohl of Bumpass.
