She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas A. Rothwell, Jr.; her brothers, John and Philip Butler; and her grandson Matthew Groncki. She is survived by: her sister Ann B. McDonough of Wilmington; her children, Thomas B. Rothwell of Portland, OR and Victoria R. Beltzner of Ephrata, PA; her grandchildren, Rachel M. Groncki, Erica L. Jones and Thompson W. Beltzner; and her great grandchild Calvin M. Jones.
