She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul R. Phenneger and Margaret Phenneger (Bonsall); and her husband Melvin 'Mel E. Hertzog. She is survived by: her children, Randy E. (Robin), Jean Slagle of Lititz and Karla H. (Dean K. Williams) of Ephrata; her grandchildren, Jordan (Taylor Slagle), Dustin (Brittany Hertzog), Brandi, Devon and Cody (Bethany Williams); her great grandchildren, Oryn, Taytem Rankin, Rowan, Tristan Hertzog and Garrett Williams; and her sister Ruth (Lewis Denlinger) of Paradise.
