Simmons, Jr., Thomas L. Simmons, Timothy A. Simmons and Tammy J. Harner; and her sisters, Sandra Strinko, Patricia Stanton, Debbie McGarvey and Shirley Markel. She is also survived by five grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
