He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul H. Weaver and Norma Weaver (Landis); and his brother-in-law David Herr. He is survived by: his spouse Rodella Weaver (Kurtz); his sons, Darrell (Elly) and Devin (Ginger); his grandchildren, Abigail, Angela, Audrey, Zachary, Nathanael, Rachel and Sarah; and his sisters, Miriam (John Buckwalter), Lois (Elvin Martin), Jane Herr, Eunice (Don Warfel) and Esther (Roland Shorter).
