She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles, Sr. Weidman and Katherine B. Weidman (Snyder); her husband John L. Shimp Jr.; her siblings, Charles Weidman, Jr., Mary Moyer and Kathryn Goshert; her stepmother Lillian Weidman (Moyer); her stepbrothers, Harold Moyer and Frederick Weidman; and her sons-in-law, Dean Oberholtzer and Dennis McCoy.
She is survived by: her daughters, Colleen Oberholtzer, Vivian Moyer (Richard) and Pamela McCoy; her grandchildren, Jason Oberholtzer, Jamie Copeland and Trisha Walsh; and her great grandchildren, Joslyn, Olivia Copeland, Noelle and Avery Oberholtzer.
