He was predeceased by: his parents, Stewart M. Decker Jr. and Laura E. Decker (Davenport); his children, Casey Flynn Decker and Douglas Alan Decker; and his sister Martha Atherton (Pat).
He is survived by: his wife Joan E. Decker (Malone); his son Jeffrey A. Decker (Nancy Benson) of Rochester, MN; his stepchildren, Christine Cowan Felger (Wayne) of Newport, PA and James Thomas Cowan (Patricia) of Bloomfield, NJ; his grandchildren, Sarah, Matthew, Brian, James, Michael and Emerald; his great grandchildren, Elaine and Harvey; and his former wife Diane Alice McCreery (William Etnoyer). He is also survived by his family and friends.
