He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Weaver and Katie Weaver (Schload); his wife Lillian M. Weaver (Lutz); his children, Teri Seiverling and Tracy L. Weaver; his grandson Tyler Seiverling; and his siblings, Donald, Ray, Dawn, Russell and Leon.
He is survived by: his son Todd of Allentown; his grandchildren, Chelsea (Tommy Malin) of Terre Hill and Travis Weaver of Akron; his great grandchildren, Paxton Bryan, Braidyn Malin and Olivia Malin; his niece Cherie Ortiz; and his sisters, Joan Kachel of Ephrata and Betty Good of Ephrata.
