Bollinger (Frances Bollinger) of Denver; his wife Cindi (Hippey); his daughters, Cheyene Steinmetz and Tiara Steinmetz; his grandchildren, Greyson and Ryder; and his siblings, Debra Sensenig of Denver, Gerald (Debra Bollinger), Jeffrey (Cindy Bollinger) of Reinholds, Derek Bollinger of Denver and Tammy (Teddy Farley) of Reading.
