He is survived by: his mother Francisca Labrador of Puerto Rico; his wife Jocelyn Rios Montosa of Ephrata; his children, Jose Antonio Montosa of Ephrata, Jenniffer Montosa of Lancaster, Joelys Montosa of Ephrata and Jenely Montosa of Ephrata; his grandchildren, Joyce Esther Rios and Armando Jose Rios; and his siblings, Rafael, Giovanni, Gilbert, Aida Montosa, Annie Burgos, Maria Rivera and Maritza Robles.
