With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne A. Troutman of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on January 3, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles S. Allen and Johanna M. Allen (Bonde); and her sister Barbara. She is survived by: her husband Donald E. Troutman; her sons, Richard (Mary Hadley) of Georgia and Michael (Lek Carver) of Las Vegas, NV; and her grandchildren, JP and Morgan. She is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
