Smith (Scott) of Parkesburg; her grandchildren, Ashlyn Verdegem, Michael Terrence and Scott Smith Jr.; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Robert and Jameson Ryan Cooper; and her brother Warren R. "Mick" McWilliams (Judy).
