It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James D. Carroll (Ephrata, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 19, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Millard T. Carroll and Janet M. Carroll (Elville); and his siblings, Eugene B. Carroll (Nina) of Fountainville, Julie A. Alexander of Ephrata, Jennifer L. Bellatoni (Jack) of Hatboro, Jackie L. Kershner (Eric) of Woodbridge, VA, Jill L. Floyd of Allentown and Rochelle of Mt. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
