He was predeceased by: his wife E. Ruth Weaver (Hurst); his parents, Walter Weaver and Mable Weaver (Snader); his daughter Betty Law; his children-in-law, Dan Wile and Marilyn Weaver; and his siblings, A. Earl Weaver and R. Irene Sensenig.
He is survived by: his children, Janet Sensenig (Lowell) of Mohnton, PA, Melvin H Weaver (Jeanette) of Reinholds, PA, Irvin Weaver, Jr. (Karen) of Denver, PA, Ruthann Bartch (Brian) of Akron, PA, W. Ray Weaver (Doretta) of Reading, PA, Doris Wile (Glenn) of Cassville, NY and Nelson Weaver (Melanie) of Denver, PA; and his son-in-law Greg Law of Schwenksville, PA. He is also survived by 40 grandchildren and 77 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
