He was predeceased by: his former wife Christine M. McCollam (Witters); his parents, Harry C. McCollam and Hazel Miller (Ratliff); and his stepfather Rev. Jacob R. Miller. He is survived by: his children, Susan E. MacNab of Wilmington, DE and Sheldon T. McCollam (Jan) of Myerstown; and his stepsons, Michael and Matthew Hinkle. He is also survived by five grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and one great-great-granddaughter.
