He was predeceased by: his father Floyd E. Fox. He is survived by: his mother Anna Mary Fox (Weaver); his spouse Tracey A. Fox (Bainbridge); and his children, Alycia M. (Josiah D. Weaver), Jared M. (Danelle L. Fox), Adam B. (Tasha M. Fox) and Bryanna D. Fox. He is also survived by five brothers, and five sisters.
