She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Lewis and Mary Lewis (Sumpman); and her husband Wallace Ray Douglas. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl Douglas of Mountville; and her sister Gloria A. (C. William Myers) of East Earl. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
