She was predeceased by: her parents, Adam B. Newswanger and Mary E. Newswanger (Zimmerman); her spouse Elam R. Zimmerman; her great grandchildren, Shane Zimmerman and Shannon Hoover; and her siblings, Paul Newswanger, Fannie Zimmerman, Mary Weaver and Katie Leinbach.
She is survived by: her children, Edna (Melvin Martin) of Ephrata, Florence (Warren Nolt) of Leola, Lydia (Amos Zimmerman) of Ephrata, Amos (Susie), Elam (Pauline), Luke (Mary), Elva (Ervin Zimmerman) of Ephrata, Jonathan, Ellen and Susan Zimmerman; her siblings, Daniel Newswanger of Morgantown, Annie (late Adin Kilmer), Susanna (Amos Kilmer) and Leah (late Paul Hoover); and her brothers-in-law, Eugene Weaver of Orrstown and Amos Leinbach. She is also survived by 56 grandchildren; 113 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great-grandchild.
