With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ellen Mary Moran of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 22, 2024 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Ellen Mary shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ellen Mary farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas F and Mary J Lohan (Kelly); her husband William P. Moran; and her daughter Julia A Moran. She is survived by: her children, Bill G. (Sue Moran) of Olney, MD, Virginia (Wayne Barr) of Lebanon, PA and Alana Moran (Christopher Booth) of Ephrata, PA; her grandchildren, Kevin Yrizzary, Claire, Will Moran and Lasarina Booth; and her sister Nuala Walsh.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Our Mother of Perpetual Help Church (320 Church Ave, Ephrata, PA 17522). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 29th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Cedar Hill Cemetery (531 N State St, Ephrata, PA 17522).
