Harter of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, born in Hamburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 18, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harvey Wink and Kathryn Wink (Berger). She is survived by: her husband James H. Harter. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, & one great-great granddaughter.
