She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Sullivan; her parents, John Sirak and Kathryn Sirak; and her sister Kathleen. She is survived by: her daughter Erin Sullivan Young; her son-in-law William Young; her grandson Kyle Young of Ewing, NJ; her son-in-law John Mackenzie; her grandchildren, Gillian, Kayla and Connor; and her siblings, Jack (Cris), James (Sue), Joseph Sirak (Tim) and Maureen Jones (Kevin). She is also survived by nephews, nieces and cousins.
