He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward H. Rutter and Almeda L. Rutter (Bechtold). He is survived by: his wife Mary Elaine (Buohl); his son Keith (Pam Rutter) of Silver Spring, MD; his grandchildren, Jordan and Erin Rutter; and his sister Barb Marion of Lancaster.
