She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Wolf and Buelah Wolf (Getz); her husbands, Elwood Lutz and James Hornberger; her grandson Tony Nagle; and her brothers, Alvin, Robert and Harold "Bud" Wolf.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela (Robert Nagle) and Cheryl (Thomas Poe); her granddaughter Nichole Weaver (Foreman); and her sister Shirley Lefever. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandson.
