She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude C. Kramer and Kathryn S. Kramer (Weaver); her siblings, Betty Jane Carpenter, Arlene Ruth "Memmy" Kramer, Henry Pericfer Kramer and Lester Ray Kramer; her nephew Robin L. Carpenter; and her niece Bonita S. Shirk.
She is survived by: her husband David L. Stoyer; her daughter Vicki Lynn Fenstamaker (Robert Jr.) of Reinholds; her grandchildren, Brandi J. Ehrhart (Kim Hackman), Amber L. Ehrhart and Jeremey M. Ehrhart (Heather); her great grandchildren, Kyla, Madyson, Blake, Brittany and Chandler; her siblings, Mary Lou Shirk, Ella Kathryn Felker, Claudia Faye Firestone and Claude Jay Kramer; and her nieces and nephews, Brian, Karen, Kenny, Glenn, Lisa, Teresa, Johnny, Darryl, Debra and Patty. She is also survived by 'Memaw'; she loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
