She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Dale and JoAnn Dale (Brovey); her siblings, Theodore Dale, Jr., Kenneth Dale and Donna Haas; and her granddaughter Sabrina Rodriguez.
She is survived by: her close friend Drew Gensemer; her children, JoAnn (Juan Rodriguez, Sr.) and Kevin Haage; her grandchildren, Charles, Megan, Arianna and Juan, Jr.; her siblings, Thomas Dale (Pat), Linda Oxenreiter, Richard Dale and Robert Dale; and her pet Coco. She is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
