He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Oberly and Elizabeth Oberly (Ebling); his son Michael Martin; and his brother Gordon Oberly. He is survived by: his wife Darlene M. (Groff); his daughter-in-law Carol Martin; his granddaughters, Samantha (Eric Reedy), Charlene Martin and Jennifer Martin; his great grandchildren, Elliza, Jeremiah and Braxton; and his siblings, Dale (Dolores Oberly), Sandy (Gerald Seachrist) and Rodney (Sheryl Oberly).
