Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Daniel Kozik of Ephrata, Pennsylvania, born in Reading, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 77, on July 30, 2021. He is survived by: his girlfriend Brenda Ott of Ephrata; his siblings, Rita Keefer (Chris) of New Ringgold and Joseph R. Kozik (Beth) of Cross Fork; and his grandchildren, Melanie Freed, Dwayne Freed Jr., Nicholas Freed, Kadin Freed, Holden Freed, Mercedes Freed, Logan Freed and Nathan Freed. He is also survived by 4 nieces and 5 nephews.
