We are sad to announce that on June 8, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Charles Leakey of Ephrata, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

As we bid Charles farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Charles is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Louise Barnes Leakey of Blue Ball and Harold David Leakey; his children, Travis Leakey of Blue Ball, Jeremiah Leakey of Karthaus and Caryn Zapata of Lancaster; and his sisters, Janet (Buddy Fasnacht) of Denver, Lottie (Ben Smith) of York and Lestie Green of Henry, VA.

Visitation was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Eckenroth Home For Funerals (209 E Main St, Terre Hill, PA 17581). A funeral service was held on Saturday, June 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
