He is survived by: his parents, Frank Weaver and Sandra Weaver (Kochel); his wife Kimberly (Miller); his stepdaughters, Ashley Phelps and Meaghan Phelps (Terrence Palkowitz); his granddaughter Charlotte Palkowitz; and his siblings, Jeremy (Andria Weaver), Joshua (Kelly Weaver) and Charity (Jarred Weidman). He is also survived by six nieces and nephews.
