She is survived by: her husband Mark Henry; her daughters, Cindy Stewart (Rick) and Laurie Coleman (Bob); her grandchildren, Emilie Stewart, Lynne Henschke (Mark), Amy Oeschger (Mike) and Shelli Jones (Marquis); and her great grandchildren, Max, Charlotte and Lola.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting contributions in Carol's name to Hospice & Community Care, P.O. Box 4125, Lancaster, PA 17604.
