He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Carl and Ellanora Delores Bartley (Claar); and his sisters, Linda Lou Finley, Robin L. Bartley and Cindy Bartley.

He is survived by: his fiancée Kathleen Ness; his niece Destiny Bartley; his siblings, Marcetta "Marcie" Marie Long, Roberta Weibley, James D. Bartley and Lora Rink; and his pet Princess.
