He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell L. Simmons and Evelyn Simmons (Eichelberger). He is survived by: his wife Priscilla G. (Reed); his children, Lori A. (Bob Rathman) of Ephrata, Stephen J. Simmons of Glendale, CA and Craig R. Simmons (Dean Beckett) of Aston, PA; his grandchild Kirstie A. Rathman; and his close friends, William Minnick, Kaitlyn Rathman and Ryan Rathman.
