She was predeceased by: her husband Richard A. Rowe of Ephrata, PA; her parents, George Lowman and Nell Lowman (Piercy); and her siblings, Betty Clark, Fred Lowman and Grady Lowman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly (Paul Saville) and Andrea (Timothy Wilkinson); and her grandchildren, Richard Lorusso, Michael Saville and Kyle Saville.
