He was predeceased by: his parents, Eli K. Kauffman and Barbara Z. Smoker Kauffman; his son Darrell; and his siblings, Isaac, Elmer, Mary, Lena and Hannah.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie M. Hoppes Kauffman; his children, Ronald (Pauletta Kauffman), Cindy (Jeff Bryan), Mike (Angie Kauffman) and Beth (Freeman Chakara); his siblings, Ruthann (Marcos Vega), Edith (late Larry Lausch), Ephrata of Esther Harmon, VA, Naomi (late Eugene Edris), Elsie Martin and Elizabeth (late Jerry Hill); and his sister-in-law Rose Kauffman. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; several step-grandchildren and step-great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Furman Home For Funerals (59 W Main St, Leola, PA 17540). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
